Coaching + Services
Divorce is, by nature, confrontational, and even more so in high-conflict situations. But it doesn't have to consume you.
Emotions run high. Important decisions must be made. But decisions should not be fueled by emotions during the most critical moments of your life. I help you gain clarity, save time and money and alleviate stress so you can focus on the future.
One-on-One Coaching
I offer expert strategies that focus on reducing conflict by:
- establishing clear boundaries
- building resilience
- mastering effective communication
- focusing on solutions
- offering strategies to stay child-focused for healthy co-parenting, even when there’s conflict
- offering tools to support your children as they navigate two homes
- guiding you to create a shift in perspective so you can move towards growth
- showing you how to protect yourself and your children from what can feel like a debilitating, non-stop cycle of toxicity from a high-conflict ex
- helping you document strategically
My approach is to help you find your center so you can move through the experience of divorce and co-parenting with a greater sense of calm. I will help you understand your parenting plan or will give you the tools to build a viable parenting plan. I help you co-parent with ease.
Many individuals find themselves stuck in old patterns and are looking for a better way to move on. I will guide you along that path so that you can free yourself up for the most important thing you can do for yourself and your children—live your life.

Personalized Support Plans
Receive tailored guidance that addresses your parenting plan’s specific needs and circumstances or receive guidance on how to think about building an effective parenting plan.
Communications and Ghostwriting
If you are co-parenting, communication about the children is unavoidable. If there’s an antagonistic relationship, however, any communication can trigger conflict.
I will help you stay focused on the issues that need addressing, communicating in a non-reactive, non-inflammatory way.
If you need help writing effective communications to your ex, if communications with your ex are tense and filled with conflict, if your stomach churns and you find yourself frozen every time you receive an email or text from your ex, I can teach you how to respond with BIFF™ responses, addressing only what needs addressing and can review communications and draft responses for you.

Group Coaching
Divorce and parenting on your own can feel lonely.
In group coaching, you’ll find a community of people who share your concerns about navigating divorce, moving on with life post-divorce, and healthy parenting. We know from the Surgeon General’s Parent Stress Advisory that parents are overwhelmed and stressed, and single parents going through divorce or separation are even more so.
Building community and accessing resources in difficult times is so important.
Receive focused attention and also witness coaching of other group members; there’s a dual benefit in a group setting that offers the chance to explore solutions and foster strength and resilience.
